Sorry guys...

Was supposed to be on the MiniRegister stand, right next to the Clubman Register Stand (was trying to get Clubmans to take over), but work have just booked me a load of work on the 29th In the Isle of Man... :( :( :( :(

It would have been good to catch up again.

Keep me posted on the next events & count me in, especially if you want a high millage Clubbie on the stand... :? :? :?

When I went to this last year with SCNM, people on stands go in via the old entrance, I think the road is called The Heights, you can't drive into the main museum complex via the public car park, near Mercedez Benz World as access is via a footbridge over a stream.
Is it possible to check which way we should be entering the complex, and also whether we will be able to get off the stand at any time during the day, or whether we have to wait until the end of the day.

Shame that they have tucked the two BMW MINI clubs together away round the back. Is that for our own safety

hi
we will be using a special entrance for mini's only who are taking part in the show. I dont believe there are any restrictions when you can leave, you can contact brooklands direct to enquire

okay folks

i have a few spaces left for this sundays show at Brooklands, so if you fancy a day out...and dont worry if your cars not sparkly clean (you can give it a quick wash when you get there ;) ), then let me know before this friday 26th march.

so then plan is that we all meet at tescos around 08:15 - 08:30 a.m, then we'll all convoy over to the museum, if you've not displayed your car before...chuck a bucket and a few cleaning products in the boot and then we can give them all a quick going over when we get there ;) . i'll PM those attending, with my mobile number incase you are running late etc.

All being well we collect our 57 plate Cooper S Clubman later today. We took our 53 plate UJ Cooper last year, and are excited to be arriving in slightly more style this year :) Any room on the stand for a small one? ;-) Tony

Thanks Brettles, i don't want to pre-empt anything by posting something on the "introduce yourself" board, or change my avatar, until the deal is sealed later today ;-) Will post up tonight with pictures etc.
